Eastington Forge stands in its own picturesque
surroundings overlooking the small hamlet of Eastington and the
River Leach. Customers from the nearby historic wool town of
Northleach take great pleasure in visiting The Forge in its tranquil
setting to have their ideas brought to life in wrought iron works of
art.
Michael Thomas established his blacksmith business in 1970
and has given thirty years of personal service to customers
throughout The Cotswolds. He has undertaken many varied commissions
over the years. These range from door furniture, ironwork for
Churches: and many types of gates, railings and a variety of weather
vanes and garden furniture.
Other work has included ornate window grilles for some of the
ancestral homes in The Cotswolds. He has also restored many miles of
park railings in various designs and condition. Additionally to this
type of work, he is always happy to help local building firms with
the ironwork required to help restore the magnificent architectural
buildings in The Cotswolds.
Why not pay him a visit ? ...it's not often one see's a
Master Blacksmith at work.
